Heavenly Father,
We come to You today grateful—grateful that You are not distant, not silent, not watching from afar… but that You are our Shepherd. You know us. You call us by name. And somehow, even in all the noise of life, You still speak—and we can still hear Your voice.
Lord, in a world full of distractions, help us recognize that voice again. The voice that leads, not pushes… that restores, not condemns… that guides us toward life, not away from it.
Jesus, You said You came so that we may have life—full, abundant, overflowing life. Not just someday, but right now. Help us believe that. Help us live like that’s true in our daily routines, in our stress, in our relationships, in the quiet moments and the chaotic ones.
And Lord, just like the early church, teach us what it means to live in real community. To be people who show up for one another… who share life, not just space… who are generous with our time, our encouragement, and our compassion.
God, as a community, we lift up those around us who are hurting, struggling, or in need of Your presence. Lord, You know each situation. You know every need. Be near to them. Bring comfort where there is pain, clarity where there is confusion, provision where there is need, and hope where it feels lost.
God, we thank You for the living hope we have through Jesus. A hope that doesn’t fade when life gets hard. A hope that holds steady even when we face trials, doubts, or uncertainty. Strengthen that hope in us. Refine our faith. Make it real—not just something we say, but something we trust.
And when we wander—and we will—remind us that You are the Shepherd who comes after us. Who brings us back. Who never lets us go.
So today, we choose to listen. We choose to follow. We choose to trust.
Lead us, Lord.
We pray all of this in the name of Jesus, our Good Shepherd.
